You are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup location, time, and passenger information.

3. Payments

- Prices will be agreed before the service  

- Payment methods may include bank transfer, online payment, or cash (if agreed)  

- Full or partial payment may be required in advance  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund  

- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full  

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time  

5. Delays

- We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups  

- Reasonable waiting time is included  

- Additional waiting time may be charged  

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Traffic conditions  

- Weather  

- Flight delays  

- Circumstances beyond our control  

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

- Arrive on time at the agreed pickup location  

- Ensure correct booking details  

- Behave respectfully towards drivers  

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

- Unsafe behaviour  

- Abuse or misconduct  

7. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for declaring luggage requirements in advance.

We are not liable for:

- Excess luggage issues  

- Loss or damage to personal belongings  

8. Liability

We aim to provide a reliable and professional service.

However, we are not liable for:

- Missed flights due to external factors  

- Indirect or consequential losses  

- Events beyond our reasonable control
