OUR ROUTE

  • Day 1: Bourton-on-the-Water – Lower Slaughter – Upper Slaughter
    Start your journey in Bourton-on-the-Water, often called the “Venice of the Cotswolds” for its charming low bridges and the gentle River Windrush flowing through the village. Stroll along the riverside, visit quaint shops and traditional tea rooms, and soak up the quintessential English countryside atmosphere. Next, head to the nearby village of Lower Slaughter, a picture-perfect spot featuring historic stone cottages and tranquil riverside walks. Continue your exploration with a visit to Upper Slaughter, a peaceful village renowned for its well-preserved architecture and serene rural charm. Enjoy the slow pace of village life as you wander through the quiet lanes and lush greenery.
  • Day 2: Bibury – Lavender Farm
    On your second day, travel to Bibury, one of the most iconic villages in the Cotswolds, famous for its postcard-perfect Arlington Row—rows of 17th-century weavers’ cottages lining the River Coln. Capture stunning photos and explore the charming streets filled with history. In the afternoon, visit a nearby lavender farm (such as Mayfield or Cotswold Lavender), where fields of fragrant purple blooms create a breathtaking sight. Depending on the season, you can participate in farm activities, shop for lavender products, or simply relax amidst the fragrant surroundings.
  • Day 3: Optional Leisure and Departure
    Spend your final morning enjoying a leisurely breakfast and perhaps revisiting a favorite village or local café. Take a peaceful walk in the countryside or visit a local market if available. Reflect on the idyllic scenery and timeless charm of the Cotswolds before departing.
